Advanced Surface Preparation

Dry ice cleaning is a non-abrasive, environmentally responsible cleaning method that uses solid carbon dioxide (CO₂) pellets to remove contaminants from surfaces. This innovative technique provides superior cleaning results without secondary waste, chemicals, or water.

How It Works & Applications

Dry ice cleaning operates through three mechanisms:

1. Thermal Shock - The extreme cold of the dry ice causes contaminants to contract and lose adhesion

2. Kinetic Impact - The velocity of the pellets provides mechanical energy to break bonds

3. Gas Expansion - The CO₂ sublimates (changes directly from solid to gas), expanding rapidly to lift away contaminants
